Rare I Mother Earth tracks to surface
By PAUL CANTINSenior Reporter, JAM! Showbiz

Fans of Canadian heavy rockers I Mother Earth's original lineup -- including wayward frontman Edwin -- will be on the receiving end of a new compilation of hard-to-find and live tracks, EMI Music Canada has announced.

The 12-track disc, "Earth, Sky & Everything Between," is drawn from the group's tenure with EMI, when they released the albums "Dig" and "Scenery & Fish," while Edwin, who has since gone onto a solo career, was still fronting the band.

The new disc includes two tracks from the promo-only single "So Gently We Go," two tracks from the "Dig" sessions, a track from the "Scenery & Fish" sessions, plus six tracks recorded live at Vancouver's Mushroom Studios for a radio broadcast.

The album is due in stores March 27. Here's the full track-list:

1. "Levitate" (acoustic version, from the "So Gently We Go" promo single)

2. "So Gently We Go" (acoustic version, from the "So Gently We Go" promo single)

3. Subterranean Wonderland ("Dig" sessions)

4. "Love From Revolution" ("Dig" sessions)

5. "Wrong" ("Scenery & Fish" sessions)

Live At Mushroom Studios, Vancouver, Sound Source Radio Special

6. "Like A Girl"

7. "Used To Be Alright"

8. "Pisser"

9. "Another Sunday"

10. "One More Astronaut"

11. "Earth, Sky & C"

12. "Levitate"
