PARIS HILTON

Artist: Illuminati

Shedding light on Illuminati
The Illuminati have been described as the city's heaviest, loudest and best live band ever since their very first performance, opening for Danko Jones in the fall of 2002. So the anticipation surrounding the release of the trio's debut full-length album, On Borrowed Time, has been building steadily.

But with the exception of a few lucky fans and critics who got their hands on limited-edition, triangle-shaped copies during North By Northeast, those who hunger for the Illuminati's addictive, fast-paced hard boogie rock will have to make do with their self-titled EP, since On Borrowed Time won't be out till October. Or they can catch the band's awe-inspiring live shows as they tour the country, starting with the Horseshoe tonight.
