Despite some saying their 15 minutes may soon be up, tween heartthrobs The Jonas Brothers continued to roll on the Canadian album charts.
"Little Bit Longer" was positioned at No. 1 for a second straight week, selling 13,000 copies, according to figures compiled by Nielsen SoundScan.
It has now racked up close to 50,000 copies in sales since its release.
They also grabbed the No. 1 spot south of the border, selling 147,000 copies of "Little Bit Longer" in the U.S.
Back here, not far behind the Jonas Brothers was the "Mamma Mia" soundtrack at No. 2 with sales of 12,000, while Coldplay's "Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends" gained the two spots it lost last week, moving from No. 5 to No. 3.
The 13th edition of the popular "NOW" series had the biggest debut of the week with a No. 4 entry, Miley Cyrus's "Breakout" slipped from No. 4 to No. 5, and Girlicious's self-titled first album sank four notches to No. 6.
Rounding out the top 10 was Kid Rock's "Rock N Roll Jesus" at No. 7, Lady Gaga "The Fame" at No. 8, Rihanna's "Good Girl Gone Bad" at No. 9, and the Lost Fingers' "Lost in the 80's" at No. 10.
Other notable first week entries included Ice Cube's "Raw Footage" at No. 14, Staind's "The Illusion of Progress" at No. 15, Divine Brown's "The Love Chronicles" at No. 22, The Stills' "Oceans Will Rise" at No. 30, Xavier Rudd's "Dark Shades of Blue" at No. 38, and The Academy Is...' "Fast Times at Barrington High" at No. 40.
In the U.S., Kid Rock placed second, followed by Staind in third, the "Mamma Mia" soundtrack in fourth, and Ice Cube in fifth.
