After more than 12 years after they parted ways, original lead vocalist Rob Halford will reunite with Judas Priest for an album and tour in 2004, MTV reports.
"They will start working on songs together soon and we're working with promoters to set up a world tour next year," management spokesperson Jayne Andrews told MTV.
The legendary metal band -- also comprised of guitarists Glenn Tipton, K.K. Downing, bassist Ian Hill and drummer Scott Travis plan to record their first album together since 1990's "Painkiller" later this year.
Judas Priest will head out on a world tour afterwards, which will coincide with the band's 30th anniversary.
