Kiss bassist Gene Simmons will bring his family life to the small-screen when he stars in the reality series "Gene Simmons' Family Jewels," Variety reports.

The show will premiere on A&E sometime this year and will feature Simmons, his longtime girlfriend Shannon Tweed and their two children.

Simmons other reality show credits include a stint as a celebrity judge on "American Idol," and as a rock 'n' roll teacher in the VH1 series "Rock School."
