There's a foot and a half of snow in New York, and Daniel Hunt is walking around in canvas sneakers. The Ladytron frontman and DJ knows he's pretty much hotel-bound until he buys a pair of boots -- which means his obsessive vinyl shopping will have to wait.
At least Ladytron's shows in New York, Washington and Philadelphia -- the Liverpool quartet's first as a full band -- weren't cancelled because of the storm. Hunt calls this "a miracle.
