But in the case of Where Is the Love, a song from bassist-arranger Stanley Clarke's album 1, 2, To The Bass featuring Lewis and Amel Larrieux, it was an experience he'll never forget.

Lewis has 'faith' in court system
Toronto R&B singer Glenn Lewis says he was unaware of a recent civil court date surrounding an altercation with a bouncer at the Guvernment nightclub five years ago.

Although Lewis was acquitted of assault in a 2002 criminal trial, at a Jan. 20 civil-suit hearing Lewis was ordered to pay $43,500 to the Guvernment's security chief, Young-Ho Hwang.
