He's never performed in his native land, but one day, Chilean-born guitarist Oscar Lopez will get to live his dream.
"I almost went last year," the amiable Latin guitarist says on the phone from Sault Ste. Marie. "The Canadian embassy was putting something together to play in the Teatro Municipal, one of the most beautiful theatres in Santiago.
