If Scruj MacDuhk ever gets famous, banjoist Leonard Podolak might find out if he's a man or mouse.
"We're probably pretty safe. It's not the same spelling,'' says Podolak of the likelihood Disney might see red at a group of Juno-nominated folk revivalists who share a name - misspelled as it is - with Donald Duck's miserly uncle.
