Colin James was named Canadian blues entertainer of the year Tuesday night at the third annual Maple Blues Awards.
Also coming up big was the band Fathead -- winner of last year's blues Juno -- with a nod for electric blues act of the year, and guitarist of the year honors going to the group's Teddy Leonard.
