Meat Loaf guest stars on House
By BILL HARRIS -- Sun Media
Meat Loaf admitted he was incredibly nervous about Appearing on House as a guest-star in a new episode that airs tonight on Global and Fox. "I was so excited and very nervous, I might add, because I love the show so much," Meat Loaf said. "If I didn't like the show so much and never had watched it, I probably wouldn't have been so nervous." Meat Loaf, who plays a patient named Eddie who is dying of heart failure, takes his acting very seriously, even though he obviously is primarily known as a singer. "I started as an actor, I didn't start as a musician," he said. "I did the Rocky Horror movie before Bat Out of Hell, and people don't get that. "I have been offered more TV shows than you even understand to (appear as himself), and I won't do it. My ideal situation is for people to watch House (tonight) and not even know it's me." |
