Kelly Osbourne has enlisted a slew of hitmakers to work on her follow-up to last year's debut album "Shut Up," Rolling Stone reports.
Early in the stages of working on her second album, Osbourne has chosen the songwriting team The Matrix, responsible for hit songs by Avril Lavigne and Liz Phair, to record the track "No Apologies" for the set.
