Pearl Jam announces North American tour


Pearl Jam has announced plans for their upcoming North American tour, and it includes three Canadian stops.

The three-month, 48-date stint is scheduled to begin on April 1st in Denver and will wrap with a two-night run at New York's Madison Square Garden on July 8-9.

The tour will hit Vancouver's GM Place on May 30th, Toronto's Molson Amphitheatre on June 28, and Montreal's Bell Centre on June 29.

Additional dates for the North American shows, opening act information, and ticket on sale dates will be announced shortly.

The Seattle band is touring in support of their seventh studio album, "Riot Act."
