STP, Staind confirmed for Family Values tour
By JAM! Music
Stone Temple Pilots, Staind, and Linkin Park will be all in the Family this fall.

The trio will top-line this year's edition of the Family Values tour, which is due to launch in October, the LiveDaily.com site reports. Other names mentioned for the multi-band lineup include Static-X and Deadsy.

Family Values, which was launched in 1998 by Korn, took last year off. The 1999 edition was headlined by Limp Bizkit and included Staind. No dates have been mentioned yet for this year's tour, which is to launch in October, the report said.

The outing will be Stone Temple Pilots' first extended bout of touring since the release of their latest album, "Shangri-La-Dee-Da."

Staind recently completed a summer-long tour in support of their breakthrough album, "Break The Cycle" and the hit single "It's Been Awhile".
