Van Halen may be giving their fans a reason to jump.
RollingStone.com reports that the veteran rock band is in talks to reunite with David Lee Roth for a 40-date summer tour.
This past December Roth joined the group for rehearsal at Eddie Van Halen's home studio, and the band got along just fine at the time.
"Everything is up in the air," Van Halen said in the article. "We don't want to say anything prematurely."
He hinted that the group are waiting for Roth to make the call.
"People know where we are and that we're making music. Whoever wants to come up can join us -- they're welcome."
Communication issues could already be brewing, though a source close to Roth said, "Dave is ready. He's been ready."
Confirmed for the reunion are drummer Alex, and Eddie's 15-year-old son, Wolfgang, who will replace bassist Michael Anthony. (Anthony has since joined Sammy Hagar's band.)
Roth originally exited the group 22 years ago.
Van Halen are set to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on March 12.
