Paul Westerberg, leader of the seminal '80s band The Replacements, has signed a new solo deal -- and his new label is hinting about a possible Replacements reunion.
Vagrant Records announced that Westerberg has signed a deal with the label and plans to release a new album, entitled "Stereo," on April 23.

Solo shot just fine
While many punks still cling to the Who's cry, "I hope I die before I get old", Paul Westerberg is not one of them.
Of course, Westerberg is a far cry from Sid Vicious or Kurt Cobain, despite fronting the seminal '80s punk band The Replacements (the 'Mats to their still rabid fans).
