The man needs no introduction. Particularly here in Capital City where folks still talk of legendary Civic Centre concerts that brought our famously reserved local concert-goers so far out of their shells that on at least one occasion they convinced a Texas guitar-slinger to return for multiple encores after the house lights had come on.
