Quebec quintet was formed in 1976 as backing band for singer Robert Leroux. Eventually the line-up of Grondin, Gratton, Mailloux, Noel and Wilson went off on their own to work on original material. Their debut album was released to minimal fanfare and a line-up change ensued.
Their second album, 'Leyden Zar', was produced by Walter Rossi and was fronted by by Mailloux had to do double vocal duty to make up for the loss of former vocalist Grondin. Guitar came courtesy of Stevens who replaced Scotsman Brian Wilson.
