Lisle was formed in 1967.
After signing to Bronco Records in 1972, the band's debut single - "You're Why Baby" - peaked at #31 on the RPM Top MOR chart in early December that year.
"Sweetheart" was released in June of 1973 and peaked at #29 in September on the RPM Top Country singles chart.
Their biggest success was "Shelley Made Me Smile" which was released in the fall of 1973 and peaked at #16 in April 1974 on the CHUM Chart.
