Actress Jenny McCarthy has revealed her beauty secret - she uses face-freezing Botox injections to keep her looking young.

The 36-year-old relies on the treatment, which smooths out wrinkles by freezing facial muscles, and urges other actors to give it a try - in moderation.

She says, "I love Botox, I absolutely love it. I get it minimally so I can still move my face. But I really do think it's a saviour."
