Sandra Bullock's disgraced husband Jesse James has checked out of the Arizona rehab facility where he sought treatment in the aftermath of his cheating scandal, according to online reports.
The reality TV star checked into rehab in Tucson last month - after tattooed model Michelle McGee went public with claims of an 11-month affair with James while he has been married to Bullock.
Two other women have since come forward with claims they had affairs with James, while a fourth mistress is also alleged to have been involved with the reality star during the marriage.
On March 29, the TV mechanic's spokesperson Hildie Katibah confirmed he signed up for a 31-day programme to undergo counselling for an undisclosed issue.
Katibah added: "He is therefore expected to be unavailable for the next 30 to 60 days."
James was shown returning to his home in California in a posting on TMZ.com on April 26.
Separate photos on the site also show James without his wedding ring - just days after Bullock was snapped ring-less - fuelling reports their split is a permanent one.
