Recovering rocker Bret Michaels will confirm his comeback by competing in the live finale of The Celebrity Apprentice on Sunday.
The Poison frontman has made it to the final round of Donald Trump's TV competition, and will take on actress Holly Robinson Peete in a live showdown at the weekend.
It will be one of Michaels' first public appearances since suffering a near-fatal brain hemorrhage last month. He is due to open up about the ordeal in an interview with TV titan Oprah Winfrey on Wednesday.
Michaels was recuperating in a treatment centre in Arizona while pre-recorded episodes of the contest aired in the U.S.
He was discharged on 5 May and has been undergoing rehabilitation sessions twice daily to prepare for his return to the spotlight, which will continue as he resumes his solo tour in Mississippi on 28 May.
