A New York judge has extended an order of protection against a Canadian woman accused of stalking Alec Baldwin for another two months.
Genevieve Sabourin, 40, was arrested last month after allegedly turning up outside the 30 Rock star's Manhattan home and she was booked on five misdemeanour counts of harassment and stalking.
She appeared in court on Monday for a routine hearing and was banned from contacting the actor for an additional eight weeks.
Sabourin is next due in court on 26 July, but she's adamant her lawyer will clear her name.
As she exited the courtroom, she said, "I'm confident ... we are going to solve this misunderstanding."
Baldwin, who is engaged to wed yoga instructor Hilaria Thomas, has previously admitted to enjoying a night out with Sabourin in 2010 as a "favour to a friend", but claims he has since been bombarded with unwelcome messages from the woman.
