Actress Sofia Vergara has finally confirmed reports she is engaged, and has even gushed about her plans to become a mum again.

The Modern Family star received an extra special gift while celebrating her 40th birthday in July after her partner Nick Loeb proposed during a trip to Mexico with family and friends.

Her 20-year-old son Manolo Gonzalez announced the happy news on his YouTube.com video blog, and now the Colombian beauty has opened up about her nuptials, confessing she is yet to begin planning the ceremony.

When asked about her wedding, she tells Celebuzz.com, "I haven't started planning anything because everything has been very recent. I just planned a very big birthday - my 40th birthday in Mexico. It was amazing. More than 100 people came and celebrated with me and my family, closest friends and co-workers from Modern Family. I am kind of, you know, working right now a lot - I just started the new Modern Family season - so I don't know yet (when we will get married). No plans."

Vergara also talked about having a baby with Loeb, admitting she hasn't ruled out another child.

She adds, "It's something that maybe... one day I'll do again. I wouldn't mind... I mean, I think I can still do it. But you know, when you want to do something like that, you want to do it right, at the right moment, so I am taking it easy. Maybe when I have a little bit less work."
