Reality TV stars as superheroes?
By Steve Tilley, QMI Agency

Kim Kardashian. (WENN.COM)

Kim Kardashian has a comic book about her love life. The joke writes itself, doesn't it?

Titled 15 Minutes: Kim Kardashian, the comic details the ups, downs and in-and-outs of the curvaceous Kardashian, 31, whose paramours have included music producer Damon Thomas, NBA player Kris Humphries and singer/reality star Ray J, who shot the 2003 sex tape that propelled Kardashian to dubious stardom.

The comic book, which came out last month in print and downloadable form, is the latest from U.S. publishing company Bluewater Productions, which employs a stable of freelance artists and writers to produce traditional superhero tales, pulpy sci-fi epics and biographical comics on famous folk, running the gamut from Mitt Romney to Justin Bieber.

Kardashian's comic, the cover of which shows her opening her shirt to reveal a Wonder Woman costume beneath, is the first in the 15 Minutes "celebreality" series, focusing on reality TV shows stars who are famous for being famous.

The publishing company already has comic books on the ladies from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and the cast of Jersey Shore in the works, but that feels a bit... obvious. We'd love to see them do superhero comic books based on some of reality TV-dom's less famous and/or not-so-telegenic stars.

Check out our gallery here to see which reality stars we think are superhero-worthy.
