TV star Melissa Rycroft was hospitalized on Sunday after suffering head and neck injuries while rehearsing for America's 'Dancing with the Stars.'
The reality TV star is one of the eight remaining contestants battling it out to win the all-star version of the hit ballroom contest, and was practising her routine with professional partner Tony Dovolani when she was hurt.
She was taken to a nearby hospital in Los Angeles, where she was checked by doctors.
A representative for Rycroft says, "Melissa was taken by ambulance to a local hospital where she is currently being examined. She was accompanied to the hospital by her husband, Tye Strickland, and her dance partner, Tony Dovolani. Everyone is taking all necessary precautions at this time."
Rycroft was set to show off her latest routine with Dovolani on Monday night's episode of the show.
