Last weekend's penultimate episode of Dexter's seventh season ended with these cryptic words from the title character:
"I should know better than to count on the future. All you can ever believe in is now, this moment. Because in a blink, everything can change."
Well, if you blink you might miss something during the seventh-season finale of Dexter, which airs Sunday on The Movie Network and Movie Central in Canada, and on Showtime in the U.S.

SPOILER ALERT: Up-to-date plot points are discussed in this column. If you'd rather be kept in the dark, now is your chance to escape from Dexter's killing table.
