She may be preggers and all, but reality-TV star and American socialite Kim Kardashian can still heat up a party crowd.

Gathered fans patiently waited for the petite and curvaceous celebrity at the Cowboys annual Iced party on Friday, and when she arrived some of them screamed, "You're gorgeous!"

A majority of the crowd were young women in mini and tight dresses who appeared to be copying their idol's look.

Lily Jones, who said she's a "super fan," came to the party with her two best friends.

"She's so pretty and super confident."
