Charlie Sheen lost temper on set

Actor Charlie Sheen still struggles with his own ‘Anger Management’ problems, admitting he recently punched a hole in the wall of his new TV show's set.

The 47 year old was fired from hit series Two and a Half Men in 2011 after feuding with TV bosses and he later took up regular appointments with his therapist of more than 10 years to help work out his issues.

Sheen now ironically plays the part of baseball player-turned-counsellor Charlie Goodson on U.S. sitcom Anger Management, but even though he portrays a man in control of his emotions onscreen, in real life the star occasionally loses his cool.

During an appearance on U.S. breakfast show Good Morning America on Wednesday, he said, "There's actually a door on our set that has a hole in it that I punched through. I couldn't get a line one day and I was so frustrated.

"So of course the only hole on our set is done by the therapist. It was a good shot too. But it's good to get that stuff out, you gotta get it out – just not towards people."

This isn't the first time Sheen has publicly confessed to having temper issues – in September he revealed he threw his iPad computer against a wall in a fit of fury.
