'Homeland' actor turning heads

It's the busiest time of year in TV land -- pilot season -- and word is casting directors are gearing up for a quick cat fight over the suddenly available Diego Klattenhoff.
The shocking announcement last week that Klattenhoff, a native of Nova Scotia, would not be back as a regular as the well-liked "Uncle" Mike Faber on the wildly popular Homeland has left casting directors from Fox, ABC, NBC, CBS and dozens of other stations rubbing their hands together over the chance to woo him over to their new shows.
"People are very aware of his name and his talent and that he's coming from one of the best shows out there. With Pilot Season coming up, really, the sky's the limit," said Joey Meltzer, a casting manager at Creative Management Entertainment Group, which does not represent the 33-year-old actor.
