Snooki finally popped out her mini meatball after spending most of the episode moaning about how she's "so over" being pregnant. Jionni was the best sport, giving her cuddles and inspirational talks that helped her cope. However, he did get lost getting to the hospital which was only four miles from their house. You'd think they'd own some sort of GPS? Little Lorenzo decided to come two weeks early and in full make-up and cheetah print, Snooki headed to the hospital to give birth. But we don't get to meet him yet! They're holding on to that little gem until next week.
