LOS ANGELES -- With the season premiere of Touch set for Feb. 8, Kiefer Sutherland has been trying to stay on the down low and out of trouble.
But sometimes, the mischief-maker just can't seem to help himself.
Although he's managed to stay arrest-free for over two years, the Canadian star of Touch and 24, clearly still enjoys breaking the rules.
At least twice in the past month, the 46-year-old has gotten a tongue lashing over smoking where it's not permitted.
At a huge all-star party Fox hosted Jan. 9 at the Langham hotel in Pasadena, Ca., Sutherland was seen hanging with former Two and a Half Men star Charlie Sheen and singer Nicki Minaj.
The long-time cigarette smoker obviously started having a "nic-fit" because he snuck into the hotel's garden area at 9:30 p.m. and lit up right under a sign that said, 'No Smoking."
