The show may be about the zombie apocalypse, but even a casual fan of The Walking Dead knows the title refers as much to the survivors as it does to shambling, brain-eating corpses.
And if there's one thing we've learned from AMC's zombie drama, returning Sunday to kick off the second half of the third season, it's that no one is safe. Lori, Shane, Dale, T-Dog... what other show has killed off as many main characters in as short a time?
As we head into the back half of The Walking Dead Season 3, we've decided to play Vegas bookie and place odds on some of the remaining characters' chances of living to see Season 4. (And don't presume the comic books can predict anyone's fate, as the show and the comics have already diverged in many ways.)
