As any chef will tell you, having fresh ingredients is the most important part of creating a memorable meal. But as Hell's Kitchen kicks off its 11th season with a two-hour special (Tuesday on City and Fox), how will the famously foul-mouthed Gordon Ramsay keep things from feeling like last week's leftovers?

By whipping up a new batch of insults for each episode. "Did you pick this up from the buffet?" Ramsay yells at one contestant during the season debut, set in Las Vegas. To another: "Did you throw up on this plate?"

Frequently: "Is this a f---ing joke?" And, always: "GET! OUT!"
