The Top Ten American Idol finalists went to work on Wednesday night singing for their survival with mixed results.
The theme was to sing songs made famous by previous Idol contestants but for the most part their song choices were lacking and it was a surprisingly underwhelming show.
Notable exceptions were Kree, who took on Roy Orbisons Cryin; Angelas version of Celine Dions I Surrender; and Candices stirring take on Ben E. Kings I Who Have Nothing.
But the really glaring mistake was judge Nicki Minaj who wasnt seated in her chair for the start of the live show because she was stuck in traffic.
She eventually appeared in a black hoodie and insane-looking black sunglasses.
The other fashion disaster was contestant Curtis who turned up singing in a red paisley blazer. Never a good choice.
God help them all as American voters decide who will be the first to go on Thursday night.
