Levine lands TV deal with NBC Things switch up on 'The Voice'

The two new coaches on The Voice are so intimidating, each of them needs only one name.

Welcome, Usher and Shakira. Goodbye, Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green.

With The Voice returning for its fourth season Monday on NBC and CTV Two, Usher and Shakira join holdover coaches Blake Shelton and Adam Levine. And Shelton is just coming to grips with what he's up against.

"As far as Usher goes, oh my gosh, this is the guy who found Justin Bieber," Shelton says. "That's kind of what we're trying to do here on this show. And Usher already has done it, stepping into this role.
