Embattled actress Amanda Bynes has lashed out at reports suggesting she was recently kicked out of a gymnastics class in New York and has threatened to sue over the accusations.
The Hairspray star has been raising concerns about her wellbeing in recent months thanks to her driving and legal woes and eccentric behaviour, and she hit headlines again on Monday when editors at the New York Post alleged she had been "muttering to herself" and exhibiting more strange antics during an exercise session at the Adult Gymnastics venue at the Chelsea Piers.
A source also told the publication that Bynes "burst into tears when she attempted a cartwheel and her dark-coloured wig fell off" - but the actress insists the claims are all false.
In an angry Twitter.com post on Monday, she writes, "I'm suing every blog saying I was kicked out of gymnastics. What is wrong w/ (with) u people? What would u do if u found fake stories about u (sic)?"
It's the second time in as many weeks that Bynes has threatened legal action against the media - she also vowed to sue UsMagazine.com and PerezHilton.com for publishing photos of the 27 year old walking around the Big Apple with a shirt over her head.
