‘Survivor’ contestant Caleb Bankston has been killed in a train accident, according to online reports.

Bankston, 26, a competitor on “Survivor: Blood vs. Water” alongside his fiance Colton Cumbie in 2013, reportedly died Tuesday when the train he was on derailed.

Bankston worked for the Alabama Warrior Railway in Birmingham, Alabama.

"Caleb was an amazing man and friend,” fellow ‘Survivor’ contestant Aras Baskauskas told People.com after hearing the news. “One of the sweetest and most sincere humans I've ever come across. I am gutted by his loss. My thoughts and prayers are with his family."

Bankston is the third Survivor contestant to die since the show debuted in 2000. Jenn Lyon, from season 4, died of breast cancer in 2010 and last year, BB Anderson, from the first season, died of brain cancer.
