Dr. Travis Stork, television's newest Bachelor, is looking for love in Paris.

Just minutes into a media conference call with Dr. Travis Stork, this season's The Bachelor, and the question -- the one that almost all the Bachelors and Bachelorettes have been subjected to over the years -- is asked.
"Looking at the poor track record of the other couples who have met on the show, do you really think you can meet your future wife this way?"
While the question is relevant, the statement proceeding it is somewhat misleading.
Sure, the show has ended in more than one busted romance, but it has also had its share of successes.
Trista Rehn and Ryan Sutter are married, Byron Velvick and Mary Delgado are reportedly planning their wedding and Charlie O'Connell and Sarah Brice are living together in L.A.
So, who's to say Stork won't find his Mrs. Right this time around?
Apparently, not him.
"I always felt that when the time was right, I would end up with the right person. So when this opportunity arose, who was I to say this wasn't the way I was suppose to meet that person?" says the 33-year-old Colorado native, who refused to disclose if he found love on the show.
"Let's just say I'm really happy with the way things ended."
While Stork sounds like a man in love, or at least in lust, he's realistic in what the future holds.
He says because this season's The Bachelor was filmed in Paris, determining how each of the 25 women vying for his heart would fit in to his life back in America was an important part of the process.
"It wasn't lost on me that we were living this fantasy life, jetting around France and just having these amazing experiences in Paris," he says.
"It truly was a bit of a fantasy world, but I think we ... are smart enough to realize the relationship has to go beyond just the experience in France."
Making a relationship work, however, might be a bit of a challenge for Stork.
As an ER doctor at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, he has very little free time (he's never even seen The Bachelor), but, he says, that won't stop him from giving it a shot.
"Absolutely. I think things in life that are important, you make time for."
On tonight's premiere, airing at 9 p.m. on Citytv and ABC, the 25 women arrive in Paris only to learn 13 will be sent home by Stork.
"There were certainly a handful of women who, the minute I saw them peek through the door of the limo, I knew they were going to stay. But, you at least want to give everyone a chance to have a good conversation before you ultimately make up your mind," he says.
"They all arrived in Paris with expectations, excited to see the country, to see the city, and that first night you are sending over half the women back to America. That's unlike anything you would ever have to do in real life."
