It started, as so many things do, on the grapevine. Entertainment journalist Terry David Mulligan and actor pal Jason Priestley — both self-described “cork dorks” — were mulling hosting a TV series that, in Mulligan’s words, would explore one of their favourite subjects, wine, in a “rock and roll” style.
