CTV has just wrapped production on The Ocean Ranger: Lost At Sea, a one-hour documentary about the ill-fated oil rig that sank off the coast of Newfoundland on Feb. 15, 1982.
The destruction of the rig was the worst offshore drilling accident in North American history. Eighty-four crew members were lost in the unforgiving North Atlantic.
