As in Olive, The Other Reindeer (Global/Fox, 8 p.m.), a dazzling new animated gem from The Simpsons and Futurama creator Matt Groening. The hour-long special is based on the children's book by J. Otto Seibold and Vivian Walsh, both buddies of Groening.
