The end is near for Prison Break and at least one character is going to die.
That much was confirmed yesterday by Prison Break executive producer Matt Olmstead, who said "some people don't make it" when talking about the final run for the series.
Prison Break returns to Global and Fox with a new episode this Friday. The cancelled series wraps up with a two-hour finale on May 15.
Olmstead also said there's a "big surprise reveal" on the way with a returning character. And he added that the relationship between Michael (Wentworth Miller) and Sara (Sarah Wayne Callies) "wraps up unexpectedly. It's bittersweet but very satisfying."
