Which could be why Samurai Jack, the animated series that's galloping towards the kind of mass crossover appeal enjoyed by The Powerpuff Girls, is striking such a chord with its legion of fans. It's got stylish visuals - cool. It's got tons of action - cool. It's got weird sci-fi landscapes, aliens, robots, flying cars, demon wizards and a noble sword-wielding hero of very few words - cool, cool and also cool.
