Sexy Tila Tequila says she feels like "a very average girl" in terms of her good looks, when compared to other models and TV stars.

"So I do sometimes wonder what it must really feel like to be Angelina Jolie," Tequila said.

"Everyone says her name when they're asked who the best-looking woman in the world is. How does it feel to know that just about everyone on this planet -- that's the answer they give?"

Tequila has a much clearer handle on what it feels like to be Tila Tequila. The petite model-turned-reality-TV-host-turned-author was in Toronto earlier this week to promote her book, Hooking Up With Tila Tequila, which she describes as a unique self-help book for people with self-esteem issues.

Of course, it must be easier to be self-confident when you're as hot as Tila Tequila.

"I know what you're saying, but it's about how you carry yourself," she said. "There are so many other women out there who are so much hotter than me. On that level, I'm a very average girl. But I'm able to have a personality."

So what percentage of Tequila's career would she attribute to her hotness?

"I'd say 50-50, because I did start off modelling," she said. "But there are millions of other women who also model, beautiful, gorgeous girls who I think are way more sexy than I am. You have to have more than just your looks to really make it that far."

That said, Tequila is a fan of doing the best you can with what you have.

"I keep stumbling upon this person (in the celebrity world) who is starting to really annoy me because she's very gorgeous but she's always like, 'Oh, no, I'm not,' " Tequila said. "I don't want to say who it is, but it's annoying. You have to give your fans a little bit of what they want, you know?"
