When the Sun's restaurant is not busy, Phil watches people. He's a good judge of character, not easily impressed by glitz and glamour.
So when he sees Sandra Guerard, the 5-foot-10 statuesque stunner in a black turtleneck and snug brown leather pants, it brings a laugh to see Phil trip over his wife and daughter to meet the 26-year-old actress who's in town to do a little promo for her first feature film, Stuff, airing on TMN April 2.
