He's still shooting his show in a Manhattan studio, but Canadian sicko-TV phenom Tom Green has given up doing remote filming on the streets of New York. Seems too many people know him, and savvy New Yorkers just aren't as much fun to yank around as uptight Ottawans.
For the last several weeks, he's been shooting "within a four-hour radius of Memphis and Nashville," according to his manager Howard Lapides. "He phoned me from outside one bar where he was setting up and said everybody in the place seemed to have rifles. I understand he's still alive, though."
With Green's MTV show pulling in a million-plus viewers, he's being felt out for movie roles, and a video has just been released of stuff that was censored from his Comedy Network show.
