Nicolas Cage's movie Honeymoon in Vegas is set for the Broadway musical treatment.

Andrew Bergman, who wrote the popular 1992 comedy, has penned the new show's script and casting is underway with former Grey's Anatomy star T.R. Knight, Tony Danza and singer Mary Faber set to lead the cast, according to the New York Post.

In the hit film Cage and Sarah Jessica Parker played a couple planning a Las Vegas wedding celebration - and resisting temptation offered by James Caan's rich gambler.

Composer Jason Robert Brown will produce the score for the musical, which is set for a late 2012 release.
