Technicolour Belle's a beauty
TORONTO -- Centred around the historical impact of racism, personal politics and the abuse of human rights, Belle is perhaps a perfect play for Black History Month.

 But in a world where racism, personal politics and the abuse of human rights still figure far too prominently, it would be a tragedy if this exquisite new work from playwright Florence Gibson were consigned to what may well be a burgeoning February ghetto.
