Play Review: Einstein
Wonderful moments in Einstein's Gift
EDMONTON - Playwright Vern Thiessen hit the motherlode with the remarkable story of Dr. Fritz Haber (Michael Spencer-Davis), told in his work Einstein's Gift.
As the 20th century dawned, Haber stood with Albert Einstein as a giant of science. His discovery of the basic elements of chemical fertilizer fed Germany when it was starving. He was a persuasive public speaker, a brilliant teacher and apparently great fun at parties. He loved and was loved by beautiful women.
